Terms of Service

Estimates and Agreements

All estimates provided by B. Woody's Tree Service are free, on-site, and non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. An estimate does not constitute a contract or commitment to perform services.

Services

Services are performed as described in the signed estimate. Scope changes discovered on the job (additional limbs, structural hazards not visible during estimate) will be communicated to the customer and require approval before additional work proceeds.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance and Liability

Woody's Tree Service, LLC is bonded and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate, or underground utilities not marked prior to work commencement.

Property Access

Customer grants Woody's Tree Service, LLC permission to access the property described in the service agreement for the purpose of performing the agreed services. Customer is responsible for disclosing any underground utilities, buried obstacles, or access restrictions prior to work.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a scheduled job with reasonable notice. Jobs cancelled after crew dispatch may incur a trip fee as noted in the service agreement.

No Guarantee for Acts of Nature

Tree work involves inherent risks from natural conditions. B. Woody's makes no guarantee against future storm damage, disease, or natural tree failure following completed work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in St. Charles County, Missouri.
